The exhibition aims to display selected Design and Applied Technology (DAT) School-based Assessment (SBA) projects of the 2021 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE). It also provides an opportunity to inspire students’ interest in innovative design and technology.
In view of the pandemic situation in 2020 and 2021, the SBA requirements in 2021 HKDSE were streamlined. Candidates were only required to demonstrate their design ideas using drawing, mock-up models, etc.
Students were invited to share their experience on doing the SBA design projects, their views on studying DAT as well as their aspirations in further studies and career as inspired by the subject.
